DO use any documentation you have filing complaints. I started getting calls from them out of the blue with no prior written notice they were attempting to collect a debt that was long out of statute for lawsuit, which they threatened to file out of venue (allegedly at OC insistence), which they threatened to serve summons in my workplace (and so it went).

Others have been threatened with having their credit reports peppered with inquiries -- some carried out, but NOT where they could damage credit.

"Scum" does not do justice to their methods.

Only worse CA's I have seen here are those who threaten imprisonment for CC debt ... (bad checks, maybe yes. Visa/Mastercard, no)
