You've been great about helping me with my saga with First Resolution. They were never able to validate, I sent them a letter to that effect, and now they have referred me to an attorney's office who sent me a letter yesterday attempting to collect. Do I send the same validation stuff to them? Background again...this is what I believe must be the balance of a settlement I made in 4/98 with Capital One. I am in Michigan. I have sent validation/cease and desist letters, complained to the FTC and AG, etc. They have disregarded all of this and sent it to an attorney. Thanks again for the help!
