I just read Page 24 on your website concerning VA SOL. You highlight "ACTIVE" at the bottom. Is my definition correct: an "active" account is an account that is either current or delinquent (but not "charged-off")? When, exactly, does an account becomes "INACTIVE" in VA? I thank you again for your help.
