I received a letter from a collection agency about a debt I had with citibank. To make a long story short the are trying to make me pay this money. Things were very badfor me then and I was unable to pay them or anyone else, I was barely keeping a roof over my head. What I want to know is can they put this on my credit report. Or try to sue me after 20 years?
