They filed suit against me. The CA is Asset Acceptance Corp. I checked the clerk of courts website in my county (franklin county) and they have a lawyer file hundreds of suits every year. In a lot of them, they got default judgements. Some are agreed entry, and a few were dismissed w/prejudice. I have not seen any cases where they actually went through a trial of any kind.

Have you had any dealings with them or know anyone who has in Ohio?
