Ouch I am pretty sure a loan from citifinancial would be considered a written contract. The question I hear alot is does the SOL relate to where you live now, where you used to live, or both. I am not entirely sure. The SOL on a written contract in kansas is 5 years. Where they are trying to collect is 6 years. However, missouri is 10 years. Maybe why chat knows which would count here and which would not.
