What the heck was that troll comment. Does something think this is a troll? Anyway, why the hell would you file bk and ruin your credit for 10 years over $1000. Get yourself a tape recorder and one of those $5 suction cup microphones you can find at radio shack and when he calls again tape the converation. I already counted $2000 in violations from what you said and if he is stupid enough to do it again and you catch him he will be sending you the check. Be sure both you and him are in 1 party consent states though else you have to have his permission to tape.
