There are a few banks out there do not even check chexsystems. The onlyone that really comes to mind is fsnb.com . It is a military and civilian bank and they have a good reputation. you could always give it a whirl unless you want something local to walk into. I have also heard if you have a bank account for awhile and keep money in it and do not screw it up they are quite generous with other stuff like loans,cc,ect.
