Yes, I saw an attorney, lemon law does not apply to me, as I am the second owner of the car, and it only applies to new cars (Virginia). No one seems to understand why they can't fix it, entire system was replaced to no avail, it still falls apart every so many miles, its falling apart now. I can't afford a cab, I live in a rural area and its a 75 mile commute, so a car is required for me. I'm ready to let the bank have the car back and will use the money I have to get something else outright, if I must continue to make a payment on a loan, I'd rather have a car that is safe and reliable. My question is, who is a good intermediary?
