ABSOLUTELY have the super get on there. Not only is this covered by the FDCPA but it's a witness if they continue to call!! The below is a link to the FDCPA and you will notice that it says a collector can't call at work if the supervisor disapproves. If the guy calls again after the supervisor says DON'T, then looks like THEY will be owing you guys!! By all means state your rights to them. Don't back down..that's what they want. And God forbid he should lose his job over it, perhaps an even bigger law suit for your benefit. I hope it doesn't cause that big of a problem, but sounds like you've got a nasty one. There's also information on who and how to contact the AG and FTC. Good luck and I know how hard this can be on a person...I'm still in my battle myself.
