DO NOT get any "Power Of Attorney" this WILL make you liable for her bills.
Get ananswering machine, get caller ID with privacy screening.Change your phone #, DO NOT give any information to ANYONE.
You should also consult a lawyer about protecting yourselves from fraudulent claims against you and your family.
