No response to validation letter?? now what?

I sent a validation letter to OSI for a delinquent phone bill, they responded with a letter requesting some useless information, name, address ect, and then sent another collection letter. I responded, sending a letter pointing out the fact it was illegal to continue collection efforts on a disputed account. After 45++ days I sent another letter, demanding written conformation that the debt was removed from the CBR as they have failed to verify the debt, I also sent the letter, along with copies of all previous correspondence “cc” to the AG office & the FTC. It has now been 40 days I have not received a response from anyone. What step should I take next?
