Here is a link I found in Linda's briefcase. It helped me break out of the box and start drafting complaints to various agencies that may get some attention because I am looking at what happened now with a much sharper viewpoint.

Read it, and remind yourself -- there are lawyers looking into the matter of "due diligence" of a creditor with an eye towards class action.

One of my mentors gave a lecture, likening a huge business organization to an ocean liner and small entreprenurial outfits to speedboats, and admonished realism: "You don't whip a U-Turn on the high seas with the Queen Mary. You have to keep nudging her, nudging her ..."

I guarantee anyone reading this link will be a lot less timid about filing a complaint.
