I don't mean to be a pest, but you never responed to this post:
The first attorney I spoke to told me without hesitation, "The SOL in Missouri is 10 years."
When I told him I was sure cc's in Missouri are 5 years, he said, "Well, maybe you'll only owe the interest."
The entire time, he made me feel very uncomfortable, asking questions like: When did you first receive the card? What did you buy with the card? Do you still have what you bought with the card? Like I remember that and then interupting my thought on the previous question by asking another one I had no easy answer to.

Which to my way of thinking, what does it matter to THIS case?
THIS case is I'm being sued for an account that is beyond SOL. Case closed .... right?

Am I correct or do they need to know LOTS of other stuff here? (Some I don't have answers to!)

PS .... my appointment was rescheduled.
