Thank You. This is a second part to an entry dated 8/5 under Legit complaint to file with state about a CA. I have already made an agreement to pay 100% of original debt on top of court fees plus a "discounted attorney fee" all offered by their attorney. As you can read in the previous post I thought all bills were covered, when I found out the jan bill wasn't I said I would pay that but not the other dates of service because they were paid and it was reported to them. The collector said that she doesn't show anything and that the amount she stated is what is showing I owed and that I needed to remit pymt asap. I can get proof the CA was notified by the hospital early on, the hosptial already told me of contact made regarding the pymt contact made in SEpt 2001, this past April is when I went to court and went back to court last month. I wanted to file a complaint/claim that they were trying to get me to pay them monies that was already paid by insurance. The CA is NCO financial here in Hawaii.Any other feedback?
