I'm glad you asked about "dismissed without prejudice." Actually, the CA, an attorney for MidFirst Bank asked for a continuance, but said they have sold my account to someone called Cavalry. What's important to me is that they couldn't carry through with validation, and it has now passed the SOL for FL for sure, while it was borderline before. I have collected that info about FL statutes from Linda and Why Chat's websites ( with much gratitude to both of you) I won't be afraid to go to court from now on even if they come after me again.
