You want it dismissed WITH prejuidice, which means it can't be refiled. As long as it has not been dismissed, it can still be reopened. The SOL only applies to a NEW filing. As bad as your prior CA was, Cavalry is the worse. Your account is now with the bottom feeder of all bottom feeders. You need to have a lawyer file a request for dismissal WITH prejuidice, otherwise they CAN keep hounding you.
