They are what we call in the industry "bottom-feeders". They buy old accounts and debts from banks and try to collect on them. A lot of the accounts are not collectable due to age and/or lack of ability to verify the accounts. They are famous for mass filings in court and then ramming through default judgements against people for invalid and time-barred accounts. Don't trust them, not on ANYTHING. Make sure that any and all communications with them are in writing and send any letters to them via certified mail, with a return receipt to prove that they got it. Don't trust them OR their layers. They are paid, professional liars!
