There is a new Fl. Lien law,enacted Oc. 2001 that went into effect Jan.2002. On your existing judgment, if they do not refile by Oct. 2003 with COMPLETE information including your ss# with the new State Lien registry. The judgment is VOIDED.
So save your $$, do not respond to any offers by any ca's to collect on this debt, DO NOT give the company that actually FILED any information.
