Saw answer to my question in deceased wifes credit card bill!

Just read a post that I think answered my question about putting our house in my name only,so they cannot put lein on house. That will give us some peace of mind while we are paying off these cards. I guess from that post I understand that since I was not an authorized user of my husbands cards,they can not do anything to me,so therefore the deed will go in my name only. I will then make a will stating that if anything happens to me it will go to my husband! Any thoughts on that?
