1st of all,You cannot "lose" your homesteaded property even if a judgment lien were placed on it.2nd, if you had stated the information about the cc debt being in your husband's name and the house in joint ownership you would have been told that they can't lien or attach or garnish jont assets when only 1 party is liable.3rd- even IF they could, or if for instance the house is entirely in your husband's name now, and you transferred title after it was paid off, it could be considered a fraudulent transfer.
