Thanks for responding, am I understanding you correctly that if our deed is put in both mine and my husbands name they can not put a lein on it since I was not an authorized user of my husbands credit cards?
And also since it is not in either of our names yet,pending last payment,if it would be deeded to just me then could that be fraud? Please accept my apoligy for not being real clear on my first post,Im just trying to figure out the right way to go about this thing with the house and paying off the cards. Thanks
