I am looking for information on date of last activity. A friend has a atty that has filed suit in FL for a repo'd car. The last payment was made 4/97, however the car was not auctioned until 3/98. The atty is claiming that the date of last activity would be based on the funds applied to the loan after auction, in this case 3/98. Any help would be greatly appreciated
