the dla is 10/97 it is for a hospital bill in the amount of 197.20. I seriously doubt they will file suit (the hospital anyway) any suggestions? they are clearly in violation for sending me a request to send payment in full or am I reading the fdcpa incorrectly? Head sec.1692c communication in connection with debt collection STATUTE (a) communication with the consumer generally (c) Ceasing communication. is sending anothr letter not continuing communication? please clarify.
