You are correct- Poor, however, in Fl. the normal situation on judgments is that people don't want to have their cars and boats and motor homes grabbed.Plus, as I understand it, and I will defer to your input, if a person who has a judgment that has not been re filed by Oct 2003, and subsequently buys a home,or refinances, or sells their existing homestead, or dies, there is no impairment of title.Plus, if the judgment is NOT refiled it is no longer valid to be on a credit report,even if it is less than 7 years.
