I recently got sued from a hospital (physicians) for over 10,000.00. I had MC+ during the time these medical bills were aquired. When I called the hospital they said that MC+ didn't pay them. Every time I went in for an appointment they scanned my card and I payed a co-pay. Now 3 years later they are suing me for all these bills. I have the papers from our state agenecy showing they paid my perscriptions for that time and reciepts showing my co-pays. How can I go about finding out if MC+ delibertly held on to these accounts refusing to pay them until I got my dissability, or the hospital is double charging? And, do I have a right to sue them over this?
