Why chat, I just read your post, and when you asked about a title search , which we did not do,does it mean if there are any emcumbrances on the deed it is not clear? because if so the deed to this property does not have any emcumbrances on it.Ok now about the lein, you just said that no state can put a lein on jointly owned property if only one party is on the judgement,BUT that if the property was sold or morgaged the judgement would have to be satisfied to provide clear title. I am not very good at this legal stuff,so Im wondering IF there is no lein, then why would you have to satisfy the judgement to get a clear title? Thanks for hanging in here with me, Why chat and Poor lawyer!
