What about what I've been reading on different posts about on wage garnishemnt and taking your vehicles? The debt I'm more worried about is 4 years old with two more years on the SOL, it's for $997. I wouldn't mind paying to avoid any problems but unfortunately if I pay it, it will be on my report another 7 years. If a judgement is made by default, are you saying it's unlikely they can take my car or garnish my wages from another state? I've been told that it's highly unlikely I'll be sued for that amount but wanted to know if the highly unlikely happens, what can they do to me?
Thank YOU
