Has the CA ever sent you a collection letter with a "mini- miranda"?, If not, send them a validation dispute letter rrr.They are required to have more than a "bill" to validate.
If they have not sent you the required notice, you should also filea complaint on line with the FTC and include the file # in your validation/dispute letter.
