Won't work. At 180 days, they'll chargeoff the account and turn it over to an outside collection agency. Just because you send $0/month doesn't mean they won't sue. I don't think anyone can say for sure what your chances of a lawsuit are. Some creditors like Citibank, Cap 1, and MBNA are a lot more aggressive than others.
