RMA has 2 accounts of mine and both of they are way way after the SOL is up. I just sent a cease and desist letter for both of them(fax or certified) and pointed out they are getting nothing as it is past the SOL. The beauty of this is they are so huge a CA that they will probably end up sending another letter to collect which is a violation of the c/d letter. They did that to me and I gave them until Wednesday to pay up or face a suit. Of course they will ignore it and I have a slam dunk case. I saw they were sued in my town a couple months ago for 12 grand and did not even bother to show up for court. they could care less. There are enough idiots who will pay the collection without realizing the SOL is up. Needless to say, the judge was pissed and ruled against them that day.
