I'm assuming her debt was discharged in Bankruptcy. If she has a copy of the Bankruptcy Courts discharge or final order, you could send them that too. There are stiff penalties for violating the bankruptcy laws against collecting discharged debt, including punitive damages in some instances. poor lawyer, esq.
