If you have any of your bk records that show this account,make a copy,(blank out info that is not relevant) send a letter to Equifax (are they the only ones reporting?) state that this account was filed in your ch 13 bk and the record shows a default prior to 1993,use the "fraudulent entry letter" on my website as the basis -send it RRR.The account was over 7 years old in 2000.If you don't have your records, just state that the account was included in your 1993 bk filing.
