Hi deluxe I think you maybe got him mixed up with that one guy who recently posted and said he was a credit card collector. Lower level and had said his company automatically sued when they got a certified letter (TRYING TO PUSH SCARE TACTICS ON HERE I'D SAY) they'd have to follow through on the letters requests. Anywho, that's who I believe you were thinking about...late nights and stress has fried our brains, lol.
