The information the OC supplied indicates they re-aged your account, (which they are legally allowed to do) It was brought up to date in Nov. 1998, and defaulted in Dec. 1998, the default prior to the chargeoff.Unless you have kept your old bills and letters to disprove this, your SOL isn't up until this Dec.
