PLease help, scared.

I was going through the mail today and I came across an item from a 'mediation' company, it wasn't a form/bulkrate type letter, so I opened it, and it says that regarding the matter of Calvary Investments vs. "Our Name" and then a.. docket number, it said you may have already been served a summons or soon will be and .. that they can help us and have no ties to the plaintiff. I am really scared cause we just refinanced our house last year and we paid off everything we had except this ONE bill and that was cause when we went to pay it off that the original debtor "Chase" had sent it to a collection agency but they couldn't tell us which one, it took nearly six months to get anything from the new guys, Calvary, and then they insisted on $7,000 lump sum and we didn't have that. The debt became delinquent with Chase about 2 years ago if I was guessing. I don't know what to do! Will they really serve us with a summons?? My husband works for the state and that would be terrible terrible bad for him, and he'll have a heart attack and die. Someone, please tell me what this means, we've always paid our bills, and I had lost my job and we got behind and I am just sick with worry now. help!
