File a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office your home state Attorney Generals office. Also the FTC. Sned them a C&D letter. Not that it helps but also file a complaint wit the BBB. The are bad bad people you have to play tough with them. Don't give in...I di not I fought and they dropped everything. I still want to file a claim againsat them for the emotiional turmoil they put me and my family through and the harrasement at my job.
