Can you outline complaint you made to BBB? NOT specific wording. Just how was put together, what was included.

I am still drafting mine, don't want to leave anything out that might miss an UNUSUAL PATTERN of complaints, trying to keep communication about this experience short is not easy.

I am waiting for reply from licensing bureau and doing a cover letter complaining that BBB accepted an UNlicensed organization in the first place. Also why they fail to list the branch offices in the profile. And referring them to Linda's FTC Talk document.

Have you corresponded with Linda in the past? If so, ask her for a subject code word I could use to ID mail from you in my SPAM ridden box. "Hi" and certain others I delete automatically for reasons I'll explain when I reply.
