I do not even know what to say on this one. Usually you can go the validation road and it works alot but you have so much debt that they will never cease coming after you. Maybe poor lawyer can add something but for that amount most people just declare bankuptcy. REMEMBER- the bankruptcy laws are about to be changed and they will not be in your favor. If you are gonna file then do it quickly.
