Let us say a collector sends out a dunning letter than I then turn around and send a cease/desist letter. Let us say the collector handling the account ignores this and sends another dunning letter or calls. Can I sue the company and the person who did it. I have a suit out now against the company and the president who was dumb enough to sign the dunning letter. I have another SOL account I wish to go after as he is ignoring the c/d letter. Also, can I file any criminal charges against him. I saw something from why chat I think about fraud charges and/ore mail fraud charges.
