I have never stated this is a financial windfall. Unfortunately, all these people care about is money. If you are going to fight over and over with them I think it wise to pinpoint and print out every violation they have incurred and its corresponding penalty. I have also been involved with AG complaints, FTC, BBB,ect and let me tell you nothing ever comes out of it. Sometimes people do get lucky and the agency will respond. I had a BBB complaint against a cc and the company folded after the banking commission got involved but in no other situation has the AG or anyone else responded. The templates come from other boards and have been used to much success. Nothing is guarenteed here and if someone is trying to get out of paying a recent debt they probably will not work but a template saves the person the time to get the letter right.
