Ok why chat this brings up a question. I have a settled cc that was paid on june 23, 1999. It says that the sim of xxx has been received as payment in full. IT then states it relieves me of all financial responsibilities of the account and the above mentioned account only. Are you saying they can turn around and sell it?If so, it went charge off in 1997 so would the sol be from 1997 or the 1999 date I paid the settlement(which to this date I regret not just paying the whole sucker).
