One more thing to note. IF you wait until a judgment is granted, then you will incur a bit more cost and paperwork after your bankruptcy is discharged to have the judgment vacated. If its not vacated, even though you've gotten a BK discharge for the debt that caused it, the judgment remains.

If you can, file BEFORE a judgment comes down.
