If you are talking about the "suing" SOL,it starts on this account March 2000,as far as I can tell, that is if this account is from Sear's reporting,and not a CA.The 7 year "reporting" SOL probably starts the same time. If your Experian report says the "come off date" is April 2007, then it would fit these account dates.
How do they do it? They don't --YOU DID, every time you sent a payment and agreed, (by paying) to their conditions of "bringing the account up to date", YOU reaged the account.
