reinvestigation fins for me, creditor keep reporting derogatory

creditor reported me 30 days late two times and had a note PLACED on my file. " ARRANGEMENT MADE WITH CREDIT GRANTOR TO MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS". So 3 reinvestigation latter, and two letters. I find my file has been all cleand up. Today I check my credit file and my creditor OSI/ Heilig Meyers Master Trust again reported me almost the same as they had been doing in the past. 30 days late 2times, 2 unknown dates. ARRANGEMENT MADE WITH CREDIT GRANTOR TO MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS. Iv never been late or made arangments. can they make a report that after a reinvestigation has found for me by saying unknown dates?
