they said i will recieve a notice in about 3 weeks that the account is satisfied and the 3 major credit issuers will be notified that the debt is satisfied.the debt is about 8 years old.im not sure of my rights & do i have any recourse if they pull more money out of my account then what was specified?
Not sure if it means anything,but the lady i spoke with seemed friendly and sincere.
