Hmmmmm. Did you get a response from the credit bureau saying they deleted? Or sis it just disappear and come back. If this never happened, think real hard - has it interfered with your ability to get credit? If this is the only thing on there and you have damages (Been denied credit, had your limit lowered, interest rate raised, etc) then you have a lawsuit with damages. get your stuff together and go talk to some lawyers - see who is interested.

If there is nothing else derogatory on your report, and you don't have damages, go get yourself some. apply for some stuff, and get turned down, find the perfect house an apply for a mortgage, etc. Get the picture?
