You're young with few credit problems. The best way to good credit is simple common sense. Pay your bills on time and in the agreed amount and don't borrow money if it can be avoided. Put money in the bank and live below your means. Don't fall for that trap about buying everything on some sort of cash back or rewards card. Nobody ever got rich buying consumer products even if you get a 1 or 2% discount. Many studies have shown that people who shop primarily with a cc even if they pay the balance in full at the end of the billing cycle, will spend about 15% more than someone who uses cash. 15% less spending means 15% more in savings and investment. That will be a huge chunk of money in 50 years.
