I have tried to find the info in the state statutes as to the SOL and, except for the number of years, I haven't had a whole lot of luck. The debt was incurred in IL, but we live in TN. I've looked up both and I'm either missing something or just haven't found the right info. I KNOW for a fact he hasn't signed any agreements of the nature you refer to.

If you wouldn't mind looking this up, I'd be grateful for the help. CAMCO is trying to get him for $8000, so its worth it to us to see if we can get rid of this ghost, and CAMCO's nasty calls, forever !
