Well crud poor lawyer I named the president in my lawsuit because he personally sent me a signed dunning letter. Are you saying I should take him off the complaint. Our city has a mandatory mediation period first which is not until sept 21. Can I wait until after this date and then remove him from the suit or should I just leave him on?
